Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes.
Cancellation Terms:
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, your $10 deposit will be fully refunded or applied to your rescheduled appointment.
- If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice or miss your appointment, you will forfeit your $10 deposit. There will be no refunds or exceptions.
- Your $10 deposit will be applied to your service once it is completed.

At Dominican Hair Salon CLT, we welcome walk-ins for your convenience. Our walk-in schedule is as follows:
Monday to Thursday:
- Doors open at 9:00 AM.
- Last walk-in for blowouts/silk presses: 5:15 PM
- Last walk-in for rollers, color, and chemical services: 4:30 PM
Friday:
- Doors open at 9:00 AM.
- Last walk-in for blowouts/silk presses: 5:30 PM
- Last walk-in for rollers, color, and chemical services: 4:30 PM
Saturday:
We now operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Doors open at 8:00 AM.
- Last walk-in for blowouts/silk presses: 5:30 PM
- Last walk-in for rollers, color, and chemical services: 4:30 PM
